The Morning Wood All-Around will have you tearing up the streets! The new 60mm 78a Zenit Horizon wheels mean that the ride is lightweight and reactive leaving the door wide open for skatepark shredding and street sessions, whether it be freestyle or freeriding. Mounted on some Caliber Standards, you'll be carving down the sidewalk and surfing between pedestrians like it's second nature. An agressive concave keeps your feet locked in place at speed but offers some SICK leverage for any flip trick you've got in mind. I bet you're itching to hop on!
The complete board is shipped unassembled so, if you don't own one already, we recommend the purchase of a Skate Tool to set it up.
A board that can handle whatever your inspiration makes you want to ride. From the street to the park and from hills to quarterpipes, you'll be in full control.
Symmetrical with a radial concave, the untraditional four ply Canadian Maple core redefines pop and reactiveness. The lightweight, resistant construction means you'll be taking flight with your tricks, session after session after session.
A bio sourced epoxy laminates four plies of Canadian Maple into a strong core that’s protected by a sheet of super resistant fibreglass on either side. Pop technology that rivals the best.
A comfortable radial concave will keep your feet locked in for whatever surface you choose to surf: hills, banks, quarterpipes, sidewalks, brick, marble, you name it. You can even rely on the Morning Wood's directional kicktails to help you move the board up down and around any obsacle that gets in your concrete wave.
Simplicity enthralls: complexity gets lost in the cacophony
Happy owner of a Morning Wood since last year (V3, with the *sick* Montreal skyline graphic) and so far, this is the board in my quiver I’ve been using the most. Double kick tails with a nice concave and a strong construction, the Morning Wood is great for tech-sliding and mellow freeriding, thanks to the multiple wheelbase options. I set up mine with some RKP Caliber 9” on the longest wheelbase and it can handle pretty much anything. If I need to go to the park, I simply change to TKP on the smallest wheelbase. Also very lightweight, lots of pop and easy to carry around for quick beer runs… or simply following the kids on their scooters on a sunny family ride :) Highly recommend the MW if you’re looking for a versatile board. I also have a Marble 38 and I am very impressed by Zenit’s product quality.
I've been riding this deck for a month now and believe the morning wood was made for me. I've been getting into learning tricks but also wanted a board I could take on excursions and this deck perfectly delivers. I asked about the concave of the deck and they told me it was medium. It's so comfy on this deck, I love it!
Morning Wood V4
Cruising? Check. Skatepark? Say less. The Morning Wood V4 is the perfect board for those who like the style of a popsicle deck, except with more features and a bigger foot platform — resulting in a comfortable, functional do-it-all board that can help take your riding to the next level.
Absolutely spectacular board. Carves good, cruises amazingly, the only thing I would have wanted is wheel wells to allow for larger wheels without wheelbite or the need of a riser. Other than that this board has been a blast to ride and I look forward to riding it every day. I highly recommend this board and commend the team and Zenit for their outstanding customer service and friendliness.
It's lightweight, highly maneuverable, locks your feet in, and just looks gorgeous. I am excited to travel with this board as It can ride almost any terrain.
