It’s all about the details.

QUALITY & AESTHETIC

Our boards are designed and produced in house in Montreal. Developped, manufactured, & detailed with love.

Technicality and control

The Judo is our most technical dancing board oriented toward the freestyle rider. Like most street skateboards, it features big round kicks to elevate the level of control when doing aerial tricks, not to mention manual combos and ghostride variations. A narrower platform means flip tricks come easier than the Judo’s bigger siblings, but also that it can be a great choice for a smaller rider looking for a lighter board that still has all the same board walking capacity.

Functional Design

Pop + Control + Durability

The pre tensioned and pre cured fibreglass supplies some playful flex patterns that keep the board consistent throughout. Gentle kicktails on all the 2021 dancers facilitate popping the board so you don't have to comply with gravity. Most importantly, the composite material keeps the board crisp, snappy, and durable, without sacrificing any of the wood’s natural flexibility.

Quality Over Quantity

Laminated together with bio sourced Greenpoxy, this board features a wooden core made of four plies of Hard Rock Canadian Maple and a central Poplar ply for reduced weight and increased pop. We sandwich the core between two sheets of pre-tensioned triaxial fibreglass which are embellished with the board’s alluring colours.

Simplicity enthralls; complexity gets lost in the cacophony.

Artistry

Painted onto the inside of the fibreglass, the colours withstand no abrasion and remain an integral part of the board forever.

Exactly What I Was Looking For

I was looking for a solid board for getting into freestyling with a bit of dancing and came across the Judo. After using it multiple times for hours on different sessions it's safe to say I love the thing. I am about 5'3" and 135 - 140lb and personally I feel the dimensions of the board fits just right. The board for me does not flex much at all given my weight and honestly it's what I wanted. Paired with the Caliber II's and the Flow's you can't go wrong. I've taken it on long cruises with some low key and shorter steeper hills to push how fast I could go. While I did experience speed wobbles it wasn't anything one couldn't control or handle. Also with me just getting into freestyling, it has taken it's share bumps and falls; and it can definitely take it. That being said it's easy to pop, carve, and really is an enjoyable ride.
