Just like it's older sibling, this Rocket is made to go fast enough to reach exit velocity! Mounted on the Kegels, you'll be going fast and sliding reliable with ease, especially with the stable Savants. Precise and stable, this thing rides like you're in orbit.
Every Zenit complete comes with free Zenit built-in bearings, Griptape and Standard Hardware.
If you want a different setup, simply add the Deck, the Trucks and the Wheels you want to your cart and we will still give you the free bearings and hardware you need to setup your complete board.
The complete board is shipped unassembled so, if you don't own one already, we recommend the purchase of a Skate Tool to setup your complete board.
The Mini Rocket is a narrow version of our Rocket V3. It’s pressed in the same mold so you can still enjoy the same pronounced flairs and the deep concave from the Rocket V3. Mixed with the aerodynamic shape, it's a true downhill performance deck.
The narrow platform makes it agile and light for precise downhill and freeride maneuvers. It’s very easy to go from the heel side to the toe side of the deck without having to adjust your feet too much.
Set it up with small trucks and DH wheels for maximum grip or with freeride wheels for a lot of fun. You can also adjust the wheelbase for more or less stability at high speeds.
DH : 10 / 10
Freeride : 10 / 10
Racing : 11 / 10
Weight : 3.5 lbs
The recommended weight for riding this board is equal or below 300 lbs, but for heavy dh we recommend adding a ply after 170 lbs.
This board features five plies of Canadian maple, two sheets of triaxial fiberglass to reduce weight, camouflage weave carbon fiber for overall strength, a unidirectional carbon stringer to eliminate longitudinal flex, and an ''X'' weave of carbon to make the board stay solid torsionally, and finally a layer of Zenply to maximize the durability of the deck's bottom.
The graphic is simple and clean with the camouflage carbon showing under it and it’s protected by the glossy Zenply© that will last for the whole life of the deck. The specs are written with a contrasted color to make them legible and to create a nice noticeable detail in the graphic.
